ipsec _startklips - internal script to bring up kernel components  

DESCRIPTION

_startklips brings up the FreeS/WAN kernel component. This involves loading any required modules, attaching and configuring the ipsecX pseudo-devices and attaching the pseudo-devices to the physical devices.
